    Transportation management

    Reduce freight costs and free-up time

    Freight Procurement and rate management

    • We run the RFx process for contracted lanes, digitize and maintain contracted rates, set up a SPOT-tendering process, increase the supplier base of logistics service providers, and negotiate with LSPs to improve their performance.

    Transport planning & booking 

    • We optimize daily deliveries in terms of trade lane, mode of transport, carrier selection, lead time, supply chain security, and costs.  

    Tracking

    • We act as the single point of contact throughout the delivery, oversee deliveries, and solve any delivery exceptions to ensure the requested lead time. 

    Freight invoice processing and claim management 

    • We receive, audit, pay, record, and consolidate all freight invoices and handle both invoice and freight claims
