Last year we yet again conducted our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Each year we talk to our customers about our service delivery to make sure we are meeting their needs. We also ask them what we can do to help make their experience better.

We obtained an overall response rate of 17 per cent, which is higher than 11 per cent in 2017.

We really could not be happier how the results are looking. This gives us a great motivational boost to keep on developing our services to meet even the highest expectations.
