We are looking for a results-oriented and solution-focused professional to join our project division as a Sales Manager in Estonia!

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing and pricing global project logistics solutions that exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with our highly skilled operational department, international offices, and extensive global network to deliver top-tier solutions.

Your role includes maintaining and developing existing customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will proactively identify and approach potential new clients.

You will succeed in this role if:

• You get the greatest sense of accomplishment when a logistics solution you designed together with the customer is successfully implemented as planned.
• You understand the challenges, terminology, and opportunities of international logistics.
• You are curious and eager to make cold calls and assess the potential of new customers.
• Your work approach is customer-oriented, solution-focused, and negotiation-savvy.
• You have strong teamwork skills and can leverage the expertise of your colleagues to create the best possible solutions.
• You communicate fluently in both Estonian and English.

Your background may include logistics roles in a project-based company or sales experience in international logistics. Your main workplace will be at our Tallinn office. However, we offer highly flexible remote working opportunities.

The employment relationship will begin as agreed, as soon as the right candidate is found. The position offers a fixed monthly salary along with a performance-based sales bonus.
